(AXcess News) New York - While Lindsay Lohan was LA celebrating her 24th birthday with Paris Hilton's ex-boyfriend on her arm, Paris Hilton was at the World Cup where she was arrested for possession of marijuana.  Talk about a birthday present Lindsay!  There you go!!

Hilton was arrested along with former Playboy Playmate Jennifer Rovero by South African police shortly after the Brazil match against Netherlands.

The pair of celebrities appeared before Magistrat Xolile Dlulisa who fined the sexy Rovero for carrying a joint of pot and let Hilton off scott free!  The fine was 100 euros.

Charges were dropped against Hilton because it was the Playmate who actually possessed the drugs, not the heiress to the Hilton hotel fortune.  But even though Paris got off the charges, back in the USA a waitress she didn't even know punched Lindsay Lohan last night over Doug Reinhardt, Paris Hilton's ex-boyfriend, who was Lindsay's B'Day date!  So either Lohan was getting even with Hilton, or Hilton got the last laugh.  I'll let fans decide!
