(AXcess News) New York - Lindsay Lohan's father, Michael Lohan, told ABC News that "Lindsay's out of control", blaming Lindsay's DJ friend Samantha Ronson for dragging her around to clubs and drinking in front of her.

Lindsay told Access Hollywood in an interview, "I want him (Lindsay's father) to stop talking to the press about Sam. He's hurting someone I love."

Lindsay's father shot back, "Ronson's just using my daughter!"

Michael Lohan, who's been estranged from his actress daughter for years, vented his frustrations further saying he just might release tapes of conversations he's had with Lindsay and her mother, Dina, that Lindsay's father says is just trying to play up to Lindsay so as to appear 'neutral'.  Michael and Dina have been divorced for several years, so his estrangement from Lindsay has been compounded by their separation.

"Dina's a two-face," Lindsay's father told ABC News.  "She wants to try to look good and stay on Lindsay's good side instead of being a good parent."
