Bruce Parisi

Bruce Parisi served as a business appraiser and private placement asset manager in the Special Asset Management Division of a major commercial bank for eighteen years. Mr. Parisi has been an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in the Business Valuation Discipline of the American Society of Appraisers since 2007 and also holds the professional credential of Appraisal Review and Management (ARM).

Mr. Parisi is the principal of Vulcan Advisory Services, LLC, which engages in business appraisal, business appraisal review, and other corporate advisory engagements.
