Jacques lu Cont will support at the kick off date of the North American leg of the Electric tour in Miami on September 12th and will also join for October dates in San Francisco, New York and Las Vegas.
Stuart Price is used to working with big-name entertainers. Back In 2005, he produced and co-wrote Madonna’s 2005 album Confessions on a Dancefloor. It became her most club-savvy album since her debut over 20 years earlier, largely thanks to Price’s heavy schedule of remixing and DJing.
Working in the studio, Price is prolific. He reworked material for tours by the Pet Shop Boys, Madonna and New Order, remixed U2 and Katy Perry, and produced hit albums like Take That’s Progress, Kylie Minogue’s Aphrodite, The Killer’s Day and Age and Scissor Sisters’ Night Work. He was Music Week’s Best Producer of the Year in 2011 and has won three Grammy awards for his remixing and production.
The Pet Shop Boys Electric tour began in May this year, created in collaboration with Es Devlin (creative director/designer) and Lynne Page (stage director/choreographer).
